Presentation guideline:
1. Pre-Conference
1. Presenters are required to prepare a maximum of 10 minutes of presentation slides in PowerPoint Format (ppt) and MUST be uploaded through EDAS (deadline 26 April 2026).
2. Please use ICPEA 2026 conference PowerPoint slide template (PowerPoint Slide Template).
3. Your presentation should have as filename, the PAPER NUMBER of your paper followed by the PRESENTER NAME (Example: 1570123456 _AHMAD, 1570567890_ADAMCHARLES)
4. To upload PowerPoint in EDAS, after logging into EDAS, click the 'My Papers' tab, click on your paper title and then scroll down to the 'Presentation' row and click on the cloud-shaped upload icon. From there, follow the instructions to upload your presentation.
5. Please declare "Presenter" in EDAS. To do this, after logging into EDAS, click the 'My Papers' tab, click on your paper title and then click the Change/Add icon in the 'Presenter (s)' row. Indicate who will present the paper and click the 'Add presenter (Save)' button.
2. Conference Day (3rd – 4th May 2026)
1. Please ensure that the presenter enters the correct conference room for the session (Program Tentative).
2. All presenters should come to the presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts.
3. Presentations are maximally 10 minutes.
4. There will be NO recorded video allowed. All presenters must present LIVE physically according to the timetable.
5. Each session will be hosted by a Session Chair and assisted by a Session Vice-Chair.
6. All presenters must be in the conference room throughout the session. After completing your presentation in 10 minutes, 5 minutes will be allocated for the Question & Answer session.
